Ms. Tang has helped more than 300 Chinese companies establishing their subsidiaries in the U.S. and guided the multinational managers/executives through the immigration process via the EB-1C category. Her clients include giant-sized companies which are Chinese publicly listed companies, such as the famous mobile phone provider, the prestigious Chinese real estate developer, the top-3 largest electronic modules company, as well as small to medium-sized privately-owned companies.
Also, Ms. Tang has achieved nearly 100% approval rate on EB-1A petitions for the applicants with extraordinary ability in business, arts, athletics, science, and education. Moreover, thankful to her legal expertise in U.S. immigration law concerning investors’ immigration in particular, Ms. Tang has successfully handled more than 700 EB-5 immigrant petitions (RC and Regular), which encompass the source of funds strategy guidance and the project documentation compliance review (offering documents, business plans, Econ report, and TEA proofs). Ms. Tang has also worked with the professionals, such as the economists, the security counsels, and the business plan writers, in structuring several EB-5 RC projects in various industries ranging from real estate development, residential care and day center program, to casino/hotel development.
