  With over a decade of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration law, Ms. Tang has helped clients from China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom, and many other countries achieve their immigration goals through categories including EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, and EB-5. 

 Ms. Tang has represented hundreds of Chinese companies in establishing U.S. subsidiaries and expanding their business operations into the United States. She has guided multinational managers and executives through the L-1A and EB-1C immigration process, representing clients ranging from publicly listed corporations to privately held small and medium-sized enterprises. Her clientele includes leading companies in the telecommunications, real estate development, and electronics manufacturing industries. 

 
In the EB-1A and NIW category, Ms. Tang has built a strong reputation for representing individuals of extraordinary and exceptional ability in business, science, education, athletics, and the arts. She has successfully prepared and obtained approvals for thousands of complex EB-1A/NIW petitions by developing compelling legal strategies tailored to each client's unique achievements.

Ms. Tang also has extensive experience in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. She has handled more than hundreds of  EB-5 immigrant petitions, including both Regional Center and direct investment cases. Her practice encompasses source-of-funds analysis and documentation, project due diligence, and compliance review of offering documents, business plans, economic reports, and TEA qualifications. She has also worked closely with economists, securities attorneys, and business plan writers in structuring multiple EB-5 projects across a wide range of industries, including real estate development, senior care, adult day health care, hospitality, and casino development.

Committed to serving the local community, Ms. Tang actively participates in pro bono programs organized by nonprofit and legal aid organizations throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Through community education seminars and legal outreach initiatives, she helps Chinese immigrants better understand U.S. immigration laws and regulations.

  Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Tang enjoys painting and hiking. She resides in Pasadena, California, and enjoys the vibrant community and natural beauty of Southern California. 

 Graduated from top-ranked University of California Davis School of Law in 2009 and Joshua began his career as a corporate attorney. He has represented hundreds of international and domestic corporations plus small businesses operating in the real estate, tech, finance, startup, restaurant, health care, creative and related industries

Serena is a seasoned law clerk. Her exclusive focus has been EB-5, where she has worked on hundreds of Sources and Paths of funds associated with EB-5 petitions. 

Jason is a seasoned law clerk focusing on immigrant visas and nonimmigrant visas. He has years of experience in handling various immigration matters and has a specialty in EB-5, EB-1A, and NIW cases. He is fluent in Chinese Mandarin.

Dora is a seasoned law clerk focusing on immigrant visas and nonimmigrant visas. She has years of experience in handling various immigration matters and has handled numerous I-829 petitions, family-based immigration applications, and a variety of NIV cases. She is fluent in Chinese Mandarin.
